37th Annual Conference Exhibitor Form

The Ohio Chemistry Technology Council (OCTC) would like to thank you for your sponsorship of the OCTC 37th Annual Conference. Your sponsorship includes exhibit space at the conference if you chose to utilize it. Please review exhibitor information below and fill out the exhibitor form as soon as possible. You will be receiving additional information about your exhibit space in the coming weeks including shipping/loading, parking and booth assignment.

Exhibitor Information

Please select whether you plan to utilize the Main Conference Exhibitor and/or the Legislative Reception Exhibitor space. See descriptions of the exhibitor types below.


Main Conference Exhibitor - Your exhibit space will be at the main conference area in the Renaissance Downtown Hotel just outside the ballrooms for member meetings, educational sessions, and meals.

  • Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Emerald Sponsors may utilize this space.


Legislative Reception Exhibitor - Your exhibit space will be in the main room at the legislative reception in the Athletic Club of Columbus.

  • Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Sponsors may utilize this space.


Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsors may chose to use both exhibitor spaces.
