OCTC announced today that Andy Swaim has been appointed as President of the organization effective immediately, at the recommendation of OCTC’s Executive Committee and with the advice and guidance of its outside counsel, Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, LLP. Swaim succeeds Jenn Klein, who left the post earlier this month to take the helm at the Society of Chemical Manufacturers & Affiliates (SOCMA).
