Adam Trotman, co-founder and CEO of Aerium, will walk through a practical framework for evaluating use cases and share three real-world workflows that generate measurable value. 

The session will cover the following:

• How to identify the right opportunities: Evaluating potential use cases based on business impact, data availability, implementation complexity, and measurable outcomes.
• Practical workflows across three functions:
  • Sales: Using AI to identify new opportunities for chemicals you already sell.
  • Supply chain: Marrying S&OP data to improve demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory levels—and flag at-risk orders.
  • Operations: Using predictive maintenance algorithms to automate MRO inventory management and purchasing to reduce downtime.
